【カピオラニ・パーク】

オススメのランニングコースのひとつとして、このカピオラニパークは外せないでしょう。カピオラニパークでは一日中、走ってる人がいない時が無いくらい絶えずランナーがいます。場所はカラカウアアベニューとモンサラットアベニュー付近からスタートして、海沿いを走るととても気持ちがいいです。

 

【アラモアナ・ビーチ・パーク】

ワイキキの少しはずれにあるアラモアナ地区は人も中心地に比べ少なく、走りやすい環境です。アラモアナショッピングセンターのすぐ横にあるので、とても便利な立地環境にこのアラモアナビーチパークはあります。大型ショッピングモールのすぐそばとは思えないのんびりした環境の公園です。公園内では太極拳や犬の散歩をしてる人がいたりして、時間がゆっくり過ぎているのが感じられるそんな公園です。

【アラワイ・カナル沿い】

普段あまり走りなれていなくて、少しだけ走りたいという方にとてもオススメの道です。しかも、ひたすらまっすぐなので迷うことが無いことも嬉しいポイントですね。アラワイ運河、アラワイ・ゴルフ場沿いを走ることになり、とてもトロピカルな雰囲気の中、走ることができます。

【コオリナ・リゾート】

オアフ西の果てに位置する、コオリナビーチです。ここにはチャペルがあり、結婚式をあげる方が多い地区でもあり、とても豪華なリゾート地なんです。ここには、人工的に作られた湾があり、この湾を囲むようにして遊歩道が作られているんです。ここでのランニングは早朝から日没までいつの時間でも楽しむことができます。走るだけで幸せになれる場所です。

【カカアコ・ウォーターフロント・パーク】

起伏のある公園なのですが、カカアコ公園でのランニングもオススメです。この公園は子供たちが多く、小さなアットホームな公園なのですが、ランニングも楽しむことができます。あまり混んでいないので走りやすいんですが、先述したとおり起伏があるので、ちょっとしたトレーニングになります。猫が多いことでも有名なので猫好きの方はぜひ！
