韓国料理を作ってみる
韓国の料理って意外と、買うと高いのに簡単に作れちゃうんです。買うとやっぱり高い。コリアタウンのマーケットはお惣菜や、お漬物など値段が高いです。特に感じるのはキムチが安くないこと。確かに、日本でも漬物コーナーの梅干しや佃煮などは値段が高いですよね。作ったらコスト的にかなり安い。
だから私は作ってみました！まずはお肉（豚肉）のサムギョプサル。これは４０枚くらい入ったお肉の袋で１０ドル程で購入できます。２人で焼肉行ったら４０＄くらいだもん。自宅で焼いちゃった方が安い！緑のお野菜サンチュ（お肉に巻いて食べるサラダ）は２つで１ドルでした。
キムチも色んな種類があるけど、みんな小さいパックでも７＄～もやしナムルなんて自分でもやし茹でて、さっとごま油に、塩、しょうゆでＯＫ！なのでパックで買わない方がお得ですよ。長持ちしますし、美味しいし♡
コチュジャン味噌は小さいパックで２ドルからあります。お酒のマッコリも３ドルで小さいボトル購入できます☆キムチはオバサンの手作りで頂いたもの。パックのイカは購入しました。ニラとコチュジャン辛みそで炒められているもの。こちらもイカと味噌とニラがあれば簡単に炒めるだけでできちゃう。
また、スプーンが刺さっている赤い漬物は、これはイカの生のお漬物で、チャンジャと呼ばれている。これも日本に最近居酒屋などで人気を高めた食べ物ですね。真ん中の海苔巻が、韓国の伝統的な海苔巻おにぎり。作るのは日本の海苔巻と同じ感覚ですが、ここでは沢庵が高いです。また韓国のりも結構良い値段で、沢庵１０＄程に、韓国のりも大きい海苔巻用は７＄～あります。
ロサンゼルスでは韓国マーケットも安くはありません。野菜は安いですが、その他のごま油とか、海苔や漬物は高いです。自分で作った方が良さそう！
緑のタッパーはチャプチェとよばれる伝統料理。買うと小パックで６＄くらい。 お祝いの席には必ずでてきます。ごま油が食欲を注ぎますね。基本、韓国の食事は、キムチ味、ごま油風味、辛みそ風味の３種類に味が分かれている気がします。
